Crochet Christmas Gift Ideas (You Still Have Time to Make!)

Scrap Cowl scarf. This (FREE!) pattern here on my blog is meant to help you work through some of that yarn that’s been hiding in your closet, under your bed (or wherever you keep your yarn stash!) while also making beautiful, cozy gifts for friends or family! To create it, you will hold 4 strands of DK or Light Worsted Yarn (3) together and use a size 15-16mm hook!

Triple Luxe Cowl by All About Ami. In my opinion, this list would not be complete without this (FREE!) scarf pattern from All About Ami! I was one of the very first infinity scarves I ever made and it was the inspiration for the super chunky scarves I still make today (and also inspired my love for the Half Double Crochet stitch!). The pattern calls for chunky (5) yarn and a 10mm hook but you can also up it to super bulky yarn (6) and a 12-15mm hook easily!

SUPER chunky scarves! This scarf is the chunkiest, coziest scarf I have ever made/designed (it is also the first video “crochet-a-long” I have ever done). You can find parts ONE and TWO on my blog post here and on my IGTV channel on Instagram! You’ll need about 4 skiens of super bulky yarn (6) & a 25mm (US 50) Hook!!

Meditation Wrap. These may take a teeny bit longer to complete but they make a beautiful heirloom quality gift! These triangle wraps can be worn wrapped over the shoulders as shown here, or wrapped like a scarf. I always sell out of these at my holiday markets and they are OH SO COZY! You will need super bulky (6) yarn and a P (15/16mm) OR a Q (19-20mm) hook!

Fingerless Gloves. These gloves make a great, quick gift! They’ve always been best sellers at my shows & loved gifts to friends and family! Bonus? All you need is one skien of super bulky (6) yarn & an 11.5-12mm hook.

Simple Cozy Mittens! I wanted a super simple pattern for some full mittens that would work up quick and this is the result! These beautiful (beginner friendly) mittens are worked from the top down and created a beautiful ribbed pattern with only HDC & Single crochet stitches! You will only need one skien of Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & quick to similar super bulky (6) yarn and a 10mm hook to create them!
